The other kids won't stand up to her because they are scared even when they know what she does to others is wrong. One of the girls that are "friends" with Bobbette realizes something needs to be done about Bobbette's actions. Her mom gives her a suggestion and a solution, Bully B.E.A.N.S. and the story continues.
